Inconel 718 in Oil and Gas Service
The oil and gas industry demands materials that combine high mechanical strength with resistance to corrosive downhole environments containing hydrogen sulfide (H2S), carbon dioxide (CO2), chlorides, and organic acids at elevated temperatures and pressures.
